Email Communications & Marketing

When you download, create an account, or otherwise use LadiDone, you agree to receive transactional and promotional communications from us, including onboarding guidance, feature updates, and occasional special offers. These communications are designed to help you get the most out of the app and stay informed about new features and services.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any message or by adjusting your preferences in the app’s Settings.
Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send important service-related or transactional emails, such as account notices, billing information, or security alerts.

We send marketing communications in compliance with CAN-SPAM (U.S.), GDPR (EU/EEA), and CCPA/CPRA (California) regulations.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell or rent user data to third parties.

We may share limited information with trusted third-party providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, or AI translation services) solely to operate and improve the app.
We use Google Analytics for app performance monitoring.

Payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple and Google. LadiDone does not process or store payment card details.

Data may be disclosed if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of LadiDone, its users, or others.

We share limited data with Apple Inc. solely to facilitate in-app purchases and subscription management. Apple acts as a data controller for transaction records associated with your Apple ID and as LadiDone’s agent for app distribution.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Users may delete their accounts at any time via Settings.
Upon deletion, most personal data is removed from active systems.
Certain information may be retained as required for legal, regulatory, tax, or security purposes, or for legitimate business needs such as fraud prevention.

5. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data.
Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and taking reasonable precautions.

6. Age Restrictions

LadiDone is not directed at children under the age of 13.
Users must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Certain features (such as managing service providers or entering into agreements) may require users to be at least 18 years old.

7. International Data Transfers

If you access LadiDone from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection.
