Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LadiDone LLC ("LadiDone," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use LadiDone.

  • Certain features (including creating organizations, managing service provider accounts, or entering into agreements) require you to be at least 18 years old.

  • By using the app, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

3. Account Registration & Management

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

  • Users may cancel and delete accounts through the Settings menu.

4. Services & Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

  • When you make a purchase on iOS, Apple Inc. acts as LadiDone’s authorized agent and commissionaire for marketing, sale, and delivery of the app and in-app content, pursuant to Apple’s Paid Applications Schedule v125.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Final Sales: All purchases are final. LadiDone does not issue refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments for any subscription fees, including partial months or unused portions of service.

  • Store-Controlled Refunds: Any refund requests must be directed to the platform through which you purchased (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refunds, if any, are determined solely at the discretion of Apple or Google and subject to their respective policies.

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled through your App Store or Google Play account settings before renewal.

  • No Direct Remedies: LadiDone does not control or process payments, billing, or refunds. You agree that any remedy for billing issues lies with Apple or Google directly. In accordance with Apple’s App Store policies, Apple may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds to users for certain purchases or subscriptions. If Apple issues a refund, LadiDone will honor and reflect that refund in the user’s account.

6. User Conduct & Responsibilities

  • Users must not use the app for illegal activities, harassment, or spam.

  • Service providers and homeowners are responsible for their agreements and obligations outside of LadiDone.

  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using LadiDone.

7. Termination & Suspension

  • LadiDone reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that:

    • The account has violated these Terms of Service;

    • The account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or

    • Continued use presents a risk to LadiDone, its users, or third parties.

  • Termination of your account does not entitle you to any refund or credit.

8. Chat & Communications

  • Users can communicate via LadiDone’s built-in chat interface.

  • We do not monitor chat content but may review messages if necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or user safety.

  • Certain in-app services (e.g., translation or analytics) may temporarily transmit data through Apple or third-party service providers for processing, consistent with Apple’s data-handling standards.

9. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

  • All paid features, upgrades, or subscriptions available within LadiDone on iOS are offered as In-App Purchases processed by Apple Inc. Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase.
    Subscriptions automatically renew at the stated interval (weekly, monthly, or annual) unless canceled through your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
    You will not be charged directly by LadiDone LLC; all billing and refund policies are administered by Apple Inc. in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

10. Data Collection & Privacy

  • We collect user data, including name, email, location, task history, chat history, and image/video uploads.

  • Employee location tracking is only enabled with explicit consent.

  • We use Google Analytics and similar tools to improve services.

  • Certain features (such as translation) may process data through third-party services.

  • Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LadiDone LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the app;

  • Services performed or not performed by service providers;

  • Damage to property, personal injury, or disputes between homeowners and service providers;

  • Content you upload or transmit through the app; or

  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Arbitration Clause

  • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration instead of court proceedings.

  • Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

  • Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with California law and take place in Santa Barbara County, California.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance.
